All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from 10am – 6pm. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped after it was hand made just for you.
All items are shipped via Canada Post. At this time we are unable to offer tracking on our packages. Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the package and the area it is being shipped to. We ship all packages from Canada, and any import tariffs that apply to your country will have to be paid by the receiving party.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If by any chance you are not happy with your item, you may return or exchange an item for up to 10 days after you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee on any returned merchandise. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Returns and refunds are handled on an individual basis. If you feel that you need to return your item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
